On your first time logging in, you will be asked to create a password, click the New user? Setup Password button on the login page and follow the prompts.
It's open 24/7. SMART 360 is an “always-on” virtual environment that can be accessed from any mobile device anytime, anyplace, anywhere in the world. New content, both live and on-demand, are added regularly so come back often!
Yes. Like any physical event, we will have a swag bag for you! You can add documents provided by each booth and from the resource tab to your online swag bag. Once you are ready you can then email them to yourself or share items with friends and colleagues by simply entering their email address. We have added a few gifts to your swag bag already, check them out.
We understand your schedule may not allow you to attend the entire event. If this is the case, please register and come back to watch on-demand sessions. While a few sessions will be live-only, many sessions will be recorded and available on-demand after the event is over.
Yes, you can and we encourage you to do so! During live events, you can have direct chats with SMART representatives in the booths/Networking Lounge. If the chat is offline, click “contact us” in any of the booths to send a message and a SMART representative will contact you.
No software or apps are required to participate or view the event. Simply connect to the internet and return to this website starting on November 18 to gain access! You can access the event using any device (laptop, mobile, iPad, etc.). Joining a live session in the auditorium may launch another browser/window.

Virtual events bring the experience of an in-person conference to your personal computer, so just like an in-person conference, you have the freedom to pick the sessions you attend. So, join us for an hour or stay for a full-day of live sessions. Either way, make sure to check out the various rooms on the platform to help you get the most out of the experience and come back often.
Use the login credentials received in your registration confirmation email. Once you login you will be taken to the virtual lobby and will be able to view welcome and instructional videos on how to navigate our virtual conference. Much like an in-person conference you will be able to watch presentations in the virtual auditorium and participate in Q&A sessions. There is also an interactive exhibit hall where you can visit a variety of booths and ask questions of company representatives via chat box or arrange a private chat via audio or video options or fill in the contact us form for a demo.
To allow you to connect with others, we have also created the Networking Lounge for you to participate in throughout each live event day. To add a little more fun to your day, we are also including gamification (i.e. a virtual scavenger hunt, leaderboard) where you can earn points for a chance to win prizes.
